Users from countries around the world have complained about the work of the social network Facebook. This is evidenced by the data provided by the Downdetector service.
The overwhelming majority of problems with the work of a social network are problems with the site (87%). The remainder of the problems (12%) are related to the Facebook login.

Complaints were filed by residents of the USA, Canada, Czech Republic, Greece, Brazil, New Zealand and Russia. Also, failures were recorded in the work of the Facebook Messenger service.
Earlier, on April 8, it became known that Roskomnadzor had undertaken to prosecute Twitter, Facebook and Google if they did not provide information on the localization of personal data of Russian users.
The department also noted that Twitter did not pay a fine of 4 million rubles for refusing to provide information on the localization of Russian user bases.
